Weeds are Plants Too

Designing characters in order to tell a story - why is it that we treat certain plants as nuisances, but others to be praised and enjoyed? If they were charming little humamoid creatures, would we hesitate to pull them out?
This is an older series, so I guess I forgot about the existence of invasive species.

I enjoy putting 2D digital art into photographs, as if they're there in real life. I would say that this piece from high school was my first foray into the combination of art and photography.
